pretty sure they're separate @webcam. "Code Care" is more like a retainer for proactively upgrading your site. Service/Support covers helpdesk queries and fixes arising from those queries. Best left for someone at Silverstripe to explain it better :)

Hi All, can I just get some clarification please.. the 'Code Care' support, is that part of the 'Service/Support Bundles? e.g 4 hours, 8 and 16 etc? Or is Code Care a P.O.A scenario?
